Long before now, everyone in the organic community, as well as most of the conventional community, have become thoroughly familiar with RoundUp Ready Alfalfa (RRA). Of course there have been countless outcries against Monsanto, and it has been Monsanto’s name in virtually every print and web article as well as radio and TV show. But if Monsanto is the devil, as many would say, then there has been little if any mention of those doing the devil’s bidding here, in this case that disciple being Forage Genetics International (FGI). FGI is a wholly (or rather “unholy”) owned subsidiary of Land O’ Lakes. While Monsanto owns the patented RoundUp Ready (RR) gene, FGI is the developer of RR Alfalfa and licenses the patents to do so from Monsanto.

Many have asked, “Why the big deal now? After all this is only one more in the string of GMOs.” Perhaps one of the most significant points in this case is that genetically engineered (GE) alfalfa is the first perennial GMO. It can cross breed with wild alfalfa and provide a rogue GE gene pool, greatly increasing the probability that eventually all alfalfa will become contaminated. Alfalfa is also considered “insectary” due to the large number of insects it attracts, which will also accelerate the genetic contamination. If GMO alfalfa follows the same path as GMO soy and corn, then within 15 years we should expect to see 80-90% of the 21 million acres currently planted in alfalfa to be of a GE variety. This means a serious challenge to producing organic alfalfa, vital for organic dairy. It also means a substantially increased environmental human exposure to the herbicide RoundUp, a known endocrine disrupter.

Plant pathologist Don Huber, PhD, professor emeritus of Purdue University, says the repercussions of introducing Roundup Ready technology to another crop, like alfalfa, could be disastrous. "If indications hold true, we're set up for the greatest disaster that this country or the world has ever seen, that will dwarf any major famine or drought that has ever been recorded," says Huber.

An Oxfordshire coroner’s court ruled Friday, October 13 that the Independent Television News (ITN) journalist Terry Lloyd was unlawfully killed by US forces in southern Iraq in March 2003.

At the end of a six-day inquest, Assistant Deputy Coroner Andrew Walker told the court, “Having carefully taken into account all the evidence I am satisfied so that I am sure that had this killing taken place under English law it would have constituted an unlawful homicide.... I shall write to the attorney general [Britain’s highest judge] and the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to considering the appropriate steps to bring the persons involved in the incident to justice.”

Walker stressed, “I have no doubt that Mr. Lloyd was killed by a tracer bullet fired from an American gun.”

Kadhim, a correspondent for the U.S.-funded Al-Iraqiya TV, and his driver, Hussein Saleh, were killed April 19 by gunfire from U.S. forces near a checkpoint close to the Iraqi city of Samara, about 75 miles northwest of the capital, Baghdad. Cameraman Jassem Kamel was injured in the shooting.
On April 20, Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt, the deputy director of operations for coalition forces in Iraq, confirmed that U.S. troops killed the journalist and his driver. According to media reports, Kimmitt said that coalition forces at the checkpoint warned the journalists' vehicle to stop by firing several warning shots. When the vehicle ignored those shots, Kimmitt said, forces fired at the car.

The British television news network ITN has said it believes its reporter Terry Lloyd was killed March 22 by "friendly fire" from British or American soldiers en route to the southern Iraqi city of Basra.
He was one of a four-man ITV News team came under fire, apparently from coalition forces, outside the city. Iraqi ambulances took a number of dead and injured from the area into the city.
His body is believed to lie in a Basra hospital under Iraqi control.
Lloyd, a seasoned war correspondent who also had covered conflicts in Cambodia and the Balkans, was ITN's longest-serving reporter and was the first ITN correspondent to be killed on assignment in the network's 48-year history, the network said.
"Terry was brave, he was determined and he was safety conscious," said ITN chief executive Stewart Purvis. "He was a lovely guy."
Lloyd was 50, and married with two children.
The whereabouts of Lloyd's colleague, cameraman Fred Nerac, 43, of France, is unknown.

InvestigationThe Royal Military Police (RMP) carried out an investigation into the incident. Major Kay Roberts, an RMP investigator, testified at the inquest on Terry Lloyd that a videotape of the incident, taken by a cameraman attached to the US unit that killed Terry Lloyd, had been edited before it had been passed on to the British investigation. The RMP forensics expert who examined the tape concluded that about 15 minutes had been removed from the start of the recording. Roberts testified at the inquest that she was sent the tape "some months" after the incident[4] and that the she was told by the US authorities that the footage they handed over was "everything that they had".

The ITN team were driving in two cars both clearly marked as press vehicles. Frédéric Nérac and Hussein Osman were in the car behind Terry Lloyd and Daniel Demoustier. They encountered an Iraqi convoy at the Shatt Al Basra Bridge in Basra, Iraq. Nérac and Osman were taken out of their car and made to get into an Iraqi vehicle. The British investigation into the incident established the convoy was escorting a Baath Party leader to Basra. US forces shot at the Iraqi convoy, killing Osman: Nérac's body has not been recovered, but investigation suggests it is unlikely he could have survived.[5]

Frédéric Nérac's wife Fabienne Mercier-Nérac testified that she had received a letter from US authorities who denied being at the scene when the ITN News team was attacked.

Demoustier and Lloyd, still in the ITN car, were caught in crossfire between the Iraqi Republican Guard and U.S. forces. Lloyd was hit by an Iraqi bullet, an injury from which he could have recovered. He was put into a civilian minibus that had stopped to pick up casualties. Forensic evidence presented at the inquest shows U.S. forces shot at the minibus after it had turned to leave the area, killing Terry Lloyd outright. Demoustier survived.

Paul Moran, 39, was killed March 22 by an apparent car bomb at a checkpoint near a camp of the al-Qaida-linked militant group Ansar al-Islam in northern Iraq. Australian Broadcasting correspondent Eric Campbell suffered minor shrapnel injuries, a network statement said.
Journalists had gone to the checkpoint to interview refugees streaming out of the area that had been attacked. One of the cars coming out with the refugees exploded, according to an account pieced together from witnesses and reporters.
Another civilian and three Peshmergas, or Kurdish soldiers, also were killed. None of their identities were made known immediately.

On August 18 the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that trace amounts of an unapproved GM rice variety engineered by Bayer were found in rice storage bins in the states of Arkansas and Missouri. The news led to an immediate collapse in markets for US rice. "This is real money that farmers are losing," Arkansas Rice Growers Association executive director Greg Yielding told Reuters.

One was Florida, where the state bar was seeking to yank his license for at least two years. He was found guilty in absentia (in part for being a "vexatious litigant") and now faces suspension if not disbarment. "He is someone who abuses the legal process," says Barnaby Min, counsel for the Florida Bar.
The second was in Montgomery County, where he was to stand trial for failing to pay $11,218.20 in past-due rent on office space in Gaithersburg for a tiny shipping-crate company he heads. That trial was continued.

Now you have some companies who are not immediately rolling over and waiving the attorney-client privilege,” he told the CCR. “You are seeing some subtle signs of companies standing behind their people more than they were four or five years ago, when there was a rush to locate the rogue employees, throw them under the bus, distance themselves, and try and dust yourself off and start all over again.”

I am the civil attorney for Deborah Jeane Palfrey, a/k/a “The D.C. Madam”, and write to remind that for over one hundred (100) days, she and I have been enjoined from releasing the telephone records of her escort service. That ex parte order was entered on March 22, 2007, upon the Court’s finding that there were “reasonable grounds to believe that harassment of an identified witness exists or that such an order is necessary to prevent such harassment.” The Court then ordered that neither Jeane nor I “shall release, further distribute, or otherwise provide to any person or organization the phone records of Pamela Martin & Associates and/or the phone records of Deborah Jeane Palfrey.”

Report: Federal officials trying to identify hackers who penetrated Nasdaq computer network

NEW YORK - The computer network that runs the Nasdaq Stock Market has been penetrated by hackers multiple times during the past year, according to a newspaper report.

The Wall Street Journal reported on its website late Friday that federal investigators are trying to identify the perpetrators and their motive.
People familiar with the investigation say the exchange's trading platform, the system which executes trades, was not compromised, according to the report.
A person involved in the Nasdaq investigation told the newspaper that so far the perpetrators "appear to have just been looking around."
Nasdaq officials declined to comment.
Possible motives include financial gain, theft of trade secrets or a national security threat designed to damage the exchange, the newspaper said.
The Secret Service initiated the probe involving New York-based Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. last year. The FBI is also investigating the breach and White House officials have been informed.
Investigators have not yet been able to track the cyber break-ins to any specific individual or country, but people with knowledge of the case told the newspaper some evidence points to Russia. However, they point out that hackers could be just using Russia as a conduit.
In 1999, a group of hackers calling itself "United Loan Gunmen" infiltrated the computer that runs the websites for Nasdaq and the American Stock Exchange.
The hackers left a taunting message and also claimed to have briefly created for itself an e-mail account on Nasdaq's computer system, suggesting a broader breach in security. But at the time, Nasdaq officials said there was no evidence they manipulated financial data.

Flaws in Microsoft's Internet Information Servers have been blamed for the hack attack on the Nasdaq and American Stock Exchange Web site last week. The weaknesses allowed hackers to breach security and trash one of the most high profile Web sites in the US. The allegation was made by London-based mi2g software which carried out a post mortem of the hack attack. "Initial analysis suggests that well publicised vulnerabilities in Microsoft's Internet Information Server have been exploited," said the report. "Whilst Microsoft has been regularly issuing software patches for holes found, there is no guarantee that all patches may have been applied by the network administrators," it said. The attack -- which left graffiti all over the walls of the financial Web site -- was allegedly carried out by the hacker group "United Loan Gunmen" (ULG). The most sensitive aspect of the attack is a claim by the ULG that it set up an email account on Nasdaq's computers. If this proves to be true, it would mean that ULG obtained "deep access" to the Nasdaq computer system severely compromising the security of the site. "On-line financial institutions, bourses and shopping sites ought to be aware that they need to put Internet security at the top of the board agenda," warned DK Matai, MD of mi2g software. Despite being contacted on Friday to discuss the matter, no one from Microsoft was available for comment by press time.

Soros owns 761,000 shares of Raytheon and
Raytheon is under contract with MITRE
for the US UAV Drone Program. Wheeler
served in this capacity to MITRE.
And both are Illuminati bloodline.
It is my guess that Wheeler was showing
signs of his mind control regression
while he was wondering around in those
videos released and he was silenced
before he could be examined to reveal
the mind control. However, Wheeler did
activate Jared Loughner's activities
before he wandered off the deep end.

So how does Ashley Turton play into
the Soros agenda?
Ashley worked as a lobbyist for
Progress Energy and her specialty was
legislative and regulatory affairs.
2 days after Gifford is shot in Tucson,
Duke Energy and Progress Energy announce merger.
Ashley would be one of the main people
involved with Progress Energy's/Duke Energy's
compliance to HR 3585. She would have
been working on Soros' side.
So why was she supposedly offed?
Maybe she had a change of heart
or came into knowledge of a plot
that she did not want to go along with.
And Ashley used to work for Congress
woman D-Rosa DeLauro. And how is
DeLauro connected to Soros.
Soros contributed to her campaign and
she is part of the Democratic
Party that sent the Soros Letter in 2004
which allowed the Shadow Party of Soros
to emerge on the DC Scene. She opened the
door for Soros by her signature
on the bottom of the invitation

was the congresswoman who allowed
Rahm Emmanuel to stay in her

If there was a plot to be spilled,
she would probably have knowledge
of it being linked on 2 fronts.
