Assault on Waco
Steve Willis - ATF Agent & Former Clinton bodyguard Robert Williams - ATF Agent & Former Clinton bodyguard
Conway LeBleu - ATF Agent & Former Clinton bodyguard
Todd McKeehan - ATF Agent & Former Clinton bodyguard
Died on Feb. 28, 1993, or perhaps "executed" by gunfire in the Waco, Texas assault on the Branch Davidians. All four were examined by a "private doctor" and died from nearly identical wounds to the left temple, so-called execution style. According to Linda Thompson, videotapes and other evidence indicates that none died from guns fired by Branch Davidians.
In the videotape by the American Justice Federation, "WACO II, the Big Lie Continues," Linda Thompson demonstrates that 15 shots were fired from six separate weapons into and out of a room into which three of the four agents had entered through a window. Four of these shots were fired from an overhead helicopter, at least two shots were fired into the room by an agent outside the window, firing an MP5 submachine gun, who also threw in a concussion grenade. In the autopsies of these agents, three had virtually identical wounds to the left temple that exited through the rear of the head, execution-style.
In his address to employees of the Treasury Department in the Cash Room on March 18, 1993, Clinton said: "My prayers and I'm sure yours are still with the families of all four of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents who were killed in WACO -- Todd McKeehan and Conway Le Bleu of New Orleans; Steve Willis of Houston, and Robert Williams from my hometown of Little Rock. Three of those four were assigned to my security during the course of the primary or general election." However, the Little Rock, Arkansas office of the ATF confirmed that all four had at one point been bodyguards for Bill Clinton, three while he was campaigning for President, and while he had been governor of Arkansas.

Killed by Expert Marksmen
The ATF charged that a fourth agent, Steven D. Willis, had been killed by the Branch Davidians. All four agents appear to have been killed by professional assassins; three were killed by shots to the head, and one by a shot through the aorta (main artery of the heart).- Conrad LeBlue's head bore two gunshot wounds (see Autopsy Report diagram);
- Todd McKeehan was killed by a single shot to the left upper chest which ruptured the aorta (see Autopsy Report diagram); note the "tracheostomy" wound in the throat: a tracheostomy is not an recommended treatment for a bullet puncture of the aorta. Note: Branch Davidian Peter Gent (Mt. Carmel Doe 76 was also killed by a shot through the aorta.)
- Robert Williams' head bore two gunshot wounds (see Autopsy Report diagram); and
- Steven Willis's head bore at least two gunshot wounds (see Autopsy Report diagram).
All four who were killed by expert marksmen were treated by private physicians or emergency medical technicians on the scene; none were taken to nearby hospitals, despite the severity of the injuries (Treasury Report, pg. 102).
Death of ATF Agents Necessary for Escalation of War
The deaths of ATF agents was used as a justification for the siege. "The first thing I did after the ATF agents were killed, once we knew that the FBI was going to go in, was to ask that the military be consulted because of the quasi-military nature of the conflict, given the resources that Koresh had in his compound and their obvious willingness to use them," President Clinton said (Washington Times, April 24, 1993).Certainly there would have been little public support for tanks, torture, and escalating the war had agents not been killed. In the War Gallery Entrance, we saw that heavy military equipment was at Mt. Carmel from Day One, February 28, 1993. The failure of the raid was a forgone conclusion: as pointed out in the previous exhibit, the raid was Designed to Fail.
NOTE: Four Branch Davidians were ultimately tried for conspiracy to murder the ATF agents. In a trial that took place in San Antonio in 1994, they were all acquitted of murder. As a result of a press blackout, their acquittal has been a carefully kept secret from the American people. See Burial Gallery.

Rivera Helicopter incident
Following an April 18, 1992 fly-over by a helicopter for the Geraldo Rivera "Now It Can Be Told" TV show, US Marshal Service HQ received media reports that Weaver had fired on the helicopter.[24] That day in Idaho, a US Marshals team was installing surveillance cameras overlooking the Weaver property at the time of the fly-over. The field report for Apr 18, 1992 filed by Marshal W. Warren Mays reported seeing a helicopter near the Weaver property, but not hearing any shots fired.[25]

EXCERPT:
Sick of reading about Stanley McChrystal yet? Brace yourself. The newly retired general won't be getting in many relaxing golf games or afternoon naps anytime soon—at least not if a new documentary about the death of professional football player turned Army ranger Pat Tillman has any say about it. In the film, which will open next month, documentarian Amir Bar Lev explores the mythmaking by both the government and the media following the death of Tillman, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2004. Bar Lev points his finger directly at McChrystal for perpetuating what the Tillman family believes is a massive, ongoing cover-up. Initial accounts claimed Tillman was shot in an ambush by Taliban fighters; later the government admitted he was killed by friendly fire. In the documentary, Tillman's parents allege the government is still lying about what really happened the day Tillman died, and has used their son's death to further its pro-war agenda.
